Consent to Electronic Signatures
By agreeing to this Electronic Signature Agreement, you consent to conduct business electronically and to receive documents and communications electronically from SteadyWise.
Electronic Records
You agree that electronic records of transactions and other communications between you and SteadyWise will be valid and enforceable to the same extent as if they were in writing.
Technical Requirements
To access and retain electronic communications, you must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet access, a valid email address, and the ability to download and view PDF documents.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us at support@steadywise.com. However, withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of your access to certain services.
